In our modern world fitness exercise is very important for leading a
healthy and happy life. A human being was meant to be active and even
though there has been some evolving going on, for example we do not
need all that body hair to keep us warm anymore and our brain size had
to get three times bigger compared to the thinking headquarters of the
homo sapiens of the past, our gaining and spending food energy
mechanism hasn't really undergone any substantial changes. For
centuries a human being was working, and this should not be
underestimated — working really hard, to get at least some
kind of nourishing things to eat. First of all, it had to find an
animal to hunt down, then it would have to pace after the poor dinner
for a day or so, and then throw a bunch of heavy things at it to get
it...well murdered. And if you think that was finally when all the
eating feast started you of course are mistaken. Then our ancestors had
to get it all skinned, washed, cut, carved, and cooked. And don't
forget that fire wouldn't start on its own. So two days of hard work
and...a portion of meat, which wasn't all that big, too.
That's one hell of a fitness exercise plan. So what does that mean?
There can be several conclusions drawn from this statement, but the
only correct one is that you have to be active, you have to do some
kind of fitness exercise workout, you have to enroll and actually visit
fitness centers, if you want to eat your "meat."
If you belong to the majority of population whose average day consists
of eating, going somewhere to seat for a while (yeah, that's our office
way of life), then returning back to your home, sweet, home and eating
some more before you go to bed...yes, to be inactive for the next six
to eight hours, then sooner or later you will discover that without
physical activities your body is going to start shutting down on you.
The majority of corporate culture folks always try to play their "I
just never have time" card, and that's fine, this is their choice, but
if a person really values his or her quality life, then getting up one
hour earlier to do some fitness at home, which can be really fun if you
get some cool fitness exercise equipment, or swinging by a local
fitness club to play soccer or tennis, which by the way are two of the
most effective aerobic fitness exercises, is only going to
relieve your crazy-business stress rather then add to it.
If you manage to motivate yourself for the start of the new active
phase of your life and get through the initial schedule adjustments and
sore muscles, then you can start thinking about your further fitness
objectives. For example you might set a goal to gain some muscles
— weights exercise would be your next step. Some folks might
want to improve a certain health problem, in that case there are lots
of different types of health fitness exercise designed to treat or
relieve virtually any health disease or condition. Anyways, the options
are there — you only have to choose to stay fit. |
